A 312-bed university housing project with approximately 19,000 square feet of ground floor retail, restaurant, café, and gallery space developed in conjunction with the Collegiate Housing Foundation. The project was funded utilizing tax-exempt bonds. Financial partners included RBC Dain Raucher, VHFA, and Sovereign Bank. As a General Partner and Fee Developer, the Braverman Company ran the day to day operations of the project from predevelopment through lease-up.
