The first building within Snyder-Braverman’s City Center neighborhood, Allard Square is a 39 unit mixed-income senior housing project with non-residential uses on the ground floor. Designed to meet the increasing residential demand for aging in place – Allard was develop as a on a turnkey basis in partnership with the non-profit Cathedral Square Corporation. Targeting residents between 60-120%AMI, Allard’s funding included LIHTC, HOME, the State of Vermont’s ($37m) Housing For All Revenue Bond Housing Bond and participation from the Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA).
