A 213 unit mixed income apartment community that includes 9,000 square feet of ground floor retail and a downtown-parking garage. The project included funding from Bank of America, AEGON Realty USA, Vermont Housing Finance Agency, Vermont Housing and Conservation Board, and CDGB funding. The Braverman Company served as the Vermont-based general partner managing the development of Keens Crossing from design conceptualization, through construction, to lease-up. Project has stabilized occupancy of 97%. ($56 million)
